Made with real key lime juice – zesty, sweet, and moist!

Ingredients:
For the Cake:

1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened

2 1/2 cups granulated sugar

6 large eggs

3 cups all-purpose flour

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 cup sour cream

1/4 cup key lime juice (fresh if possible)

1 tablespoon key lime zest

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

For the Glaze:

1 cup powdered sugar

2–3 tablespoons key lime juice

Zest of 1 key lime (optional for garnish)

A drop of green food coloring (optional for festive flair)

Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 325Β°F (165Β°C). Grease and flour a bundt pan or loaf pan.

Cream butter and sugar in a large bowl until light and fluffy, about 3–5 minutes.

Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.

Alternate adding the flour mixture and sour cream to the batter, starting and ending with the flour. Mix until just combined.

Add key lime juice, zest, and vanilla. Mix until smooth.

Pour into prepared pan and smooth the top. Bake for 70–80 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Cool in the pan for 10–15 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack to cool completely.

Whisk together glaze ingredients and drizzle over cooled cake. Top with extra zest for a pop of color and flavor.
