Ingredients:
20 large button mushrooms, stems removed
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 jalapeños, finely chopped (seeds removed for less heat)
2 strips of bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/4 cup green onions, finely chopped
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: 1/4 cup breadcrumbs for topping

Directions:
Prep the Mushrooms:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems, setting the caps aside.
Mix the Filling:
In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped jalapeños, crumbled bacon, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well-blended.
