🧾 Ingredients:

Preheat Oven:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease an 8×8-inch baking dish or cast iron skillet.
Mix Dry Ingredients:
In a large bowl, whisk together cornmeal, flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and sugar.
Combine Wet Ingredients:
In a separate bowl, whisk together buttermilk, melted butter, and eggs until smooth.
Mix Together:
Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Fold in jalapeños and corn.
Bake:
Pour batter into the prepared dish and bake for 25–30 minutes, or until golden on top and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Make the Glaze:
While the cornbread bakes, mix honey, lime zest, and lime juice in a small bowl until well combined.
Glaze & Serve:
