👩🍳 How to Make Strawberry Cheesecake Donuts (7 Simple Directions)
1. Prepare the Donut Batter
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
In a separate bowl, mix milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined — don’t overmix or the donuts won’t be fluffy.
2. Fill the Donut Pan
Lightly grease a donut pan.
Spoon or pipe the batter evenly into the donut molds, filling each about ¾ full.
3. Bake to Perfection
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10–12 minutes, or until the donuts spring back when gently pressed.
Let them cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
4. Make the Cheesecake Filling
Beat the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar, vanilla, and heavy cream until smooth and creamy.
Transfer to a piping bag fitted with a small tip (or cut a small corner off a zip-top bag).
5. Fill the Donuts
Using a small knife or skewer, poke a hole in the side or top of each donut.
Pipe the cheesecake filling inside until the donut feels slightly heavier and full.
6. Prepare the Strawberry Glaze
In a bowl, mix powdered sugar with strawberry puree (or jam) and lemon juice until smooth and glossy.
Dip the tops of each donut into the glaze and let excess drip off.
7. Let the Donuts Set & Enjoy
Place the glazed donuts back onto the wire rack for 10–15 minutes to set.
Serve fresh — soft, creamy, fruity perfection in every bite!
