Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup sour cream
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 cups crushed Ritz crackers (about 2 sleeves)
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Salt and black pepper, to taste
1/4 cup butter, melted
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish, optional)
Instructions:
Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
Prepare Coating:
In a shallow dish, combine the crushed Ritz crackers, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Place the shredded cheddar cheese in another shallow dish.
Place the sour cream in a separate shallow dish.
Coat the Chicken:
Dip each chicken breast in the sour cream, ensuring it’s well coated.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through (internal temperature reaches 165°F or 74°C) and the coating is crispy and golden brown.
