Hot Fudge Brownie Bread 🍫🍞
A rich, fudgy, and irresistible treat that combines the best of brownies and bread!
Ingredients:
For the Brownie Bread:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup hot fudge sauce (for the gooey center)
Instructions:
Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a loaf pan.
Prepare the Dry Ingredients:
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until well combined.
Mix the Wet Ingredients:
In another bowl, whisk together the melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Add the sour cream and continue to mix until fully incorporated.
Combine the Mixtures:
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
Add the Fudge:
Pour half of the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Then, drizzle half of the hot fudge sauce over the batter.
Add the remaining batter on top and spread evenly. Drizzle the rest of the hot fudge sauce over the top.
Bake the Bread:
Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs (it may come out with a little fudgy sauce).
Let the bread cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
Serve:
Slice the bread and serve! You can enjoy it warm or at room temperature.
