Hot Crab Dip

Hot Crab Dip

Ingredients:
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
8 oz lump crab meat, drained and picked over
2 tablespoons chopped green onions
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Directions:
Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a small baking dish with non-stick spray or butter.
Prepare the Creamy Base:
In a large bowl, combine softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese. Mix until smooth and creamy.
Season the Mixture:
Stir in the lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper. Adjust seasoning to taste.
Add the Crab:
Gently fold in the lump crab meat and chopped green onions, being careful not to break the crab pieces too much.
Bake the Dip:
Transfer the crab mixture into the prepared baking dish. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly with a golden brown top.
Garnish and Serve:
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
Serve warm with crackers, toasted baguette slices, or fresh vegetables.
