Honey Garlic Butter Roasted Carrots Recipe
Ingredients:
2 lbs (900 g) carrots, peeled and cut into sticks
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
3 tbsp honey
3 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions:
Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
Prepare the Carrots:
In a large bowl, combine the melted butter, honey, and minced garlic. Add the carrot sticks to the bowl and toss to coat them evenly with the honey garlic butter mixture.
Season the Carrots:
Spread the coated carrots in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Roast the Carrots:
Roast the carrots in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until they are tender and caramelized. Stir the carrots halfway through the roasting time to ensure they cook evenly.
Serve:
Remove the carrots from the oven and transfer them to a serving dish. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley, if desired.
