🍞 For Assembly

  • Lettuce leaves

  • Tomato slices

👩‍🍳 How to Make It

1️⃣ Make the Shrimp Patties

  1. Chop ⅔ of the shrimp very finely until almost paste-like.

  2. Chop the remaining ⅓ into small chunks for texture.

  3. In a bowl, mix shrimp with garlic, lemon juice, mayo, mustard, breadcrumbs, parsley, salt, and pepper.

  4. Form into firm patties (don’t over-pack).

🔥 Cook:
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook patties 3–4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
✔ Crispy outside, juicy inside perfection!

2️⃣ Make the Guacamole

  1. Mash avocado in a bowl.

  2. Stir in lime juice, red onion, herbs, salt, pepper, and chili flakes if using.

  3. Mix until creamy but slightly chunky.

3️⃣ Toast the Buns

Toast buns lightly in the same skillet for extra flavor and crunch.

4️⃣ Assemble the Burgers

  1. Spread guacamole on the bottom bun.

  2. Add lettuce and tomato.

  3. Place hot shrimp patty on top.

  4. Add extra guacamole or spicy mayo if desired.

  5. Close with the top bun and gently press.

💡 Tips

  • Don’t overcook shrimp patties—they stay juiciest when just cooked through.

  • Chilling patties for 10 minutes helps them hold shape.

  • Brioche buns add the best balance of softness and flavor.
