4 cups fresh blackberries
1 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the Topping:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1/2 cup milk

Directions:
Prepare the Filling:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×9-inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, combine blackberries, sugar, lemon juice, flour, and vanilla extract. Stir gently to coat the berries.

Make the Topping:
In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Add melted butter and milk to the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined.
Drop spoonfuls of the batter over the blackberry filling, spreading it slightly to cover most of the berries.

Allow the cobbler to cool for a few minutes before serving.
Serve:
Enjoy warm, with a scoop of vanilla ice cream if desired.
