Hobo Casserole with Ground Beef

Ingredients:
1. 1 pound ground beef
2. 1 medium onion, chopped
3. 2 cloves garlic, minced
4. 3 medium potatoes, diced
5. 2 cups green beans, trimmed and cut into pieces
6. 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
7. 1 cup beef broth
8. 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
9. 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
10. Salt and pepper to taste
11. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)

Directions:
1. Preheat Oven:
1.1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Brown the Beef:
2.1. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with the chopped onion and minced garlic until the beef is no longer pink. Drain any excess fat.
3. Add Ingredients:
3.1. Add the diced potatoes, green beans, diced tomatoes (with juice), beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Mix well.
4. Transfer and Bake:
4.1. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish. Cover it with aluminum foil.
4.2. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender.
5. Add Cheese (Optional):
5.1. If desired, remove the foil, sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top of the casserole.
5.2. Return the dish to the oven for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
