Heavenly Apple Cream Cheese Bundt Cake

Ingredients:
– 3 cups all-purpose flour
– 1 teaspoon baking soda
– 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
– 1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
– 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
– 2 cups granulated sugar
– 3 large eggs
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1 cup sour cream
– 3 cups peeled and diced apples (about 3 medium apples)
– 8 oz cream cheese, softened
– 1/4 cup granulated sugar
– 1 egg
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a Bundt pan.

3. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and 2 cups of granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
4. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, then stir in 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
5. Gradually add the flour mixture to the butter mixture, alternating with the sour cream, beginning and ending with the flour mixture.
6. Fold in the diced apples.
7. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese, 1/4 cup granulated sugar, 1 egg, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract until smooth.
8. Pour half of the apple batter into the prepared Bundt pan. Spoon the cream cheese mixture over the batter, then top with the remaining apple batter.
9. Bake in the preheated oven for 60-70 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
10. Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 15 minutes, then turn it out onto a wire rack to cool completely.
