Hearty Beef and Bean Chili

Ingredients:
– 2 pounds ground beef
– 1 onion, diced
– 3 garlic cloves, minced
– 1 green bell pepper, diced
– 1 red bell pepper, diced
– 1 (28-ounce) can diced tomatoes
– 1 (15-ounce) can tomato sauce
– 2 (15-ounce) cans kidney beans, drained and rinsed
– 2 (15-ounce) cans black beans, drained and rinsed
– 2 tablespoons chili powder
– 1 tablespoon ground cumin
– 1 teaspoon paprika
– 1 teaspoon dried oregano
– 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 1 cup beef broth
– 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
1. In a large pot, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
2. Add the diced onion and garlic to the pot. Sauté until the onion becomes translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
3. Add the green and red bell peppers, cooking for another 3-4 minutes until they begin to soften.
4. Stir in the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, kidney beans, black beans, chili powder, ground cumin, paprika, dried oregano, cayenne pepper (if using), salt, and pepper.
5. Pour in the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, stirring to combine all ingredients thoroughly.
6. Bring the chili to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for at least 30 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
7. Adjust seasonings to taste before serving.
