1/2 head green cabbage, thinly sliced

1 tbsp sesame oil

1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated

2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce

1 tbsp rice vinegar
Optional Add-Ins:

🍽️ Directions
1️⃣ Brown the Beef
Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up as it cooks. Drain excess fat if needed.
2️⃣ Add Aromatics
Push beef to one side of the pan. Add sesame oil, garlic, and ginger to the empty side and sauté for 30–45 seconds until fragrant.
3️⃣ Add Vegetables
Stir in cabbage and carrots. Toss well to combine with beef and aromatics.
4️⃣ Season the Stir Fry
Pour in soy sauce and rice vinegar. Stir thoroughly so everything is evenly coated.
5️⃣ Cook Until Tender
Continue cooking 5–7 minutes, stirring often, until cabbage is tender but still slightly crisp.
6️⃣ Taste & Adjust
Adjust seasoning with additional soy sauce, vinegar, or pepper flakes if desired.
7️⃣ Garnish & Serve
Remove from heat, garnish with green onions or sesame seeds, and serve hot.
