Ingredients:
1 bag (30 oz) frozen hash browns, thawed
2 cups cooked ham, diced
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 small onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup crushed cornflakes or breadcrumbs (optional for topping)

Directions:
Prepare the Casserole Base: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Mix the Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the thawed hash browns, diced ham, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, chopped onion, melted butter, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until everything is evenly mixed.
Assemble the Casserole: Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
Add Topping (Optional): If desired, sprinkle crushed cornflakes or breadcrumbs evenly on top of the casserole for a crispy finish.
Bake: Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Then, remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the top is golden brown.
Serve: Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy as a hearty breakfast or dinner!
