Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 large onion, diced
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 green bell pepper, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes, drained
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)

Directions:
Cook the Ground Beef:
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
Add the ground beef, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
Drain excess fat if necessary.
Sauté Vegetables:
Add the diced onion, red bell pepper, and green bell pepper to the skillet with the beef.
Cook for 4-5 minutes until the vegetables are softened.
Add Garlic and Spices:
Stir in the minced garlic, smoked paprika, ground cumin, and chili powder.
Cook for another 1-2 minutes until the garlic is fragrant.
Combine with Tomatoes:
Add the drained diced tomatoes to the skillet.
Stir everything together and let it simmer for 5 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve:
Garnish with fresh cilantro if desired.
Serve hot with rice, tortillas, or as a filling for tacos.
