🛒 Ingredients
For the Crust & Toffee Layer:
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup brown sugar, packed
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/4 cups chopped pecans
For the Toffee Glaze:
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
1/3 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the Chocolate Topping:
1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped pecans (for garnish)

1 Preheat & Prep:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper (with overhang for easy lifting).
2 Make the Crust:
Beat together butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Add flour, salt, and vanilla; mix into a soft dough.
Press evenly into the pan and top with 1 1/4 cups chopped pecans.
3 Bake Base:
Bake the crust for 18–20 minutes until lightly golden.
4 Make the Toffee Glaze:
In a saucepan, stir together condensed milk, brown sugar, and butter. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Stir in vanilla.
5 Assemble:
Pour hot toffee glaze over baked crust. Return to oven for 12–15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
6 Top With Chocolate:
Remove from oven and sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over top. Let sit 5 minutes, then spread into a smooth layer. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup pecans and gently press them into the chocolate.
7 Cool & Chill:
Let cool completely, then chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour before slicing.
