Gooey Mozzarella Biscuit Bombs Recipe

Gooey Mozzarella Biscuit Bombs Recipe
Ingredients:
1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough (8 large biscuits)
8 oz mozzarella cheese, cut into 8 cubes
2 tablespoons butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Marinara sauce, for dipping
Instructions:
Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
Prepare the Biscuit Dough:
Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a round disk using your hands or a rolling pin.
Add the Mozzarella:
Place a cube of mozzarella cheese in the center of each flattened biscuit.
Seal the Biscuit Bombs:
Fold the edges of the biscuit dough over the cheese and pinch them together to seal. Roll the sealed biscuit into a ball. Place the biscuit bombs seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
Prepare the Garlic Butter:
In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with the minced garlic and Italian seasoning.
Brush the Biscuit Bombs:
Brush the tops of the biscuit bombs with the garlic butter mixture. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the top.
Bake:
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the biscuit bombs are golden brown and the cheese is melted and gooey.
Serve:
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
