These Golden Lobster Puff Pastry Cups are luxurious yet simple to make. Crispy on the outside, creamy and flavorful on the inside — the perfect starter for dinner parties or festive gatherings.


🛒 Ingredients

  • 2 sheets frozen puff pastry, thawed

  • 1 ½ cups cooked lobster meat, chopped

  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter

  • 1 small shallot, finely minced

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • ¼ cup heavy cream

  • ¼ teaspoon paprika

  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional, for brightness)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat Oven

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Grease or line a mini muffin tin.


2️⃣ Prepare Puff Pastry Cups

Roll out puff pastry sheets slightly.
Cut into 3-inch squares.
Press each square into the muffin tin, folding corners slightly to form a cup shape.
