These Glazed Ham and Cheese Sliders are the ultimate party food—soft Hawaiian rolls layered with savory ham, melty cheese, and finished with a buttery glaze that bakes into the tops until golden and irresistible. 📝 Ingredients (Serves 6–8)
Sliders

12 slider rolls (Hawaiian rolls recommended)

12 slices deli ham

12 slices Swiss or cheddar cheese
Buttery Glaze

½ cup (1 stick) butter, melted

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon honey or brown sugar

½ teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon onion powder
-
1 teaspoon poppy seeds (optional)
👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat & Prepare

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
2️⃣ Assemble the Sliders

Slice the entire slab of rolls in half horizontally.

Place the bottom half into the baking dish.

Layer evenly with ham slices, then cheese slices.

Place the top half of the rolls back on.
3️⃣ Make the Glaze

In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, Dijon mustard, honey (or brown sugar), garlic powder, onion powder, and poppy seeds.
4️⃣ Glaze & Bake

Pour the glaze evenly over the tops of the sliders, letting it drip between the rolls.

Cover loosely with foil and bake for 15 minutes.

Remove foil and bake an additional 8–10 minutes, until tops are golden and cheese is melted.
5️⃣ Serve

Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes.

Slice along roll lines and serve warm.
