These Glazed Ham and Cheese Sliders are the ultimate party food—soft Hawaiian rolls layered with savory ham, melty cheese, and finished with a buttery glaze that bakes into the tops until golden and irresistible. They’re easy to assemble, feed a crowd, and disappear fast at gatherings, game days, potlucks, or casual family dinners.


📝 Ingredients (Serves 6–8)

Sliders

  • 12 slider rolls (Hawaiian rolls recommended)

  • 12 slices deli ham

  • 12 slices Swiss or cheddar cheese

Buttery Glaze

  • ½ cup (1 stick) butter, melted

  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

  • 1 tablespoon honey or brown sugar

  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

  • ½ teaspoon onion powder

  • 1 teaspoon poppy seeds (optional)


👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat & Prepare

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  • Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.


2️⃣ Assemble the Sliders

  • Slice the entire slab of rolls in half horizontally.

  • Place the bottom half into the baking dish.

  • Layer evenly with ham slices, then cheese slices.

  • Place the top half of the rolls back on.


3️⃣ Make the Glaze

  • In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, Dijon mustard, honey (or brown sugar), garlic powder, onion powder, and poppy seeds.


4️⃣ Glaze & Bake

  • Pour the glaze evenly over the tops of the sliders, letting it drip between the rolls.

  • Cover loosely with foil and bake for 15 minutes.

  • Remove foil and bake an additional 8–10 minutes, until tops are golden and cheese is melted.


5️⃣ Serve

  • Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes.

  • Slice along roll lines and serve warm.
