Garlic Ritz Snacks
Crispy, buttery, cheesy cracker bake that’s perfect for parties, movie nights, or anytime munchies.
Ingredients
1–2 sleeves Ritz crackers
4 tbsp melted butter
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
1 tsp dried parsley
½ tsp paprika (optional for color and depth)
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese (the kind in the shaker works great!)
How to Make It
Preheat Oven to 300°F (150°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil for easy cleanup.
Prepare the Garlic Butter Coating:
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together:
Melted butter
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Parsley
Paprika
Toss the Crackers:
Add the Ritz crackers to the bowl.
Gently toss to coat them evenly in the seasoned butter mixture.
Add the Cheese:
Sprinkle in the Parmesan cheese and toss again until the crackers are well coated.
Bake:
Spread the coated crackers in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 15–20 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until lightly golden and crisp.
Cool & Serve:
Let cool slightly before serving.
Store leftovers in an airtight container (if there are any!).
Variations & Add-ins
Spicy Kick: Add a pinch of cayenne or red pepper flakes.
Ranch Twist: Add 1 tsp ranch seasoning mix in place of onion/parsley.
Extra Cheesy: Add shredded cheddar or mozzarella in the last 5 mins of baking for a gooier version.
