Ingredients:
1 lb chicken tenders (or chicken breasts cut into strips)
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup Panko breadcrumbs (or regular breadcrumbs)
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
2 large eggs
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
1 tablespoon olive oil (for extra crispiness)

Instructions:
Step 1: Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
Step 2: Prepare the Breading Mixture
In a shallow dish, combine the Parmesan cheese, Panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Mix well to ensure even distribution of the seasonings.
Step 3: Prepare the Chicken
In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs until smooth.
Dip each chicken tender into the egg mixture, coating it completely, then press it into the breadcrumb mixture, ensuring an even coating on all sides.
Place the breaded chicken tenders on the prepared baking sheet.

Drizzle a small amount of olive oil over the tenders to help them crisp up while baking.
