🛒 Ingredients (Makes 10–12 Bombs)

Cheeseburger Filling

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp onion powder

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce (optional, but adds depth)

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese (or a mix)

Dough

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (or pizza dough cut into portions)

Garlic Parmesan Butter

  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 tsp minced garlic or garlic powder

  • 1 tsp dried parsley or Italian seasoning

🧑‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Prepare the Cheeseburger Filling

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess grease.
Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir well and remove from heat. Let the meat cool slightly before assembling.

2️⃣ Prep the Dough

Separate the biscuit dough and flatten each piece into a 4-inch circle using your hands or a rolling pin. If using pizza dough, cut into equal portions and roll flat.

3️⃣ Fill & Seal

  • Place 1–2 tablespoons of beef in the center of each dough round.

  • Add a small handful of shredded cheese on top.

  • Carefully pull the edges of the dough up and over the filling, pinching tightly to seal.

  • Roll gently into a smooth ball, seam side down.

4️⃣ Bake

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Place cheeseburger bombs on a parchment-lined baking sheet, leaving space between each.

Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.
