🛒 Ingredients
Cheeseburger Filling

1 lb ground beef

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/2 tsp onion powder

1 tsp minced garlic or garlic powder

1 tbsp ketchup

1 tsp mustard

1 cup cheddar or mozzarella cheese, cubed or shredded
Dough
-
1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
or pizza dough cut into equal pieces
Garlic Parmesan Butter

2 tbsp melted butter
-
2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
-
1/2 tsp garlic powder
-
1 tsp dried parsley or Italian seasoning
👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Cook the Beef
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until fully browned, breaking it apart as it cooks. Season with salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic. Stir in ketchup and mustard for classic cheeseburger flavor. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
2️⃣ Prep the Dough
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Flatten each biscuit into a circle about 4 inches wide.
3️⃣ Fill & Seal
Place a spoonful of cooked beef in the center of each dough round. Add a cube or pinch of cheese on top. Carefully fold the dough around the filling and pinch tightly to seal. Roll gently into a ball.
4️⃣ Bake
Place seam-side down on the baking sheet. Bake for 13–15 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.
