Salt & cracked black pepper, to taste

1 tablespoon butter
🍤 Shrimp Alfredo Fettuccine

½ lb fettuccine pasta
-
½ lb large shrimp, peeled & deveined

2 tablespoons butter
-
3 cloves garlic, minced
-
1 cup heavy cream
-
½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
-
½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
-
Salt & pepper, to taste
-
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
🥦 Roasted Broccolini

1 bunch broccolini
-
1 tablespoon olive oil
-
Salt, pepper & garlic powder, to taste

Optional: fresh lemon juice for finishing
👩🍳 How to Make It
1️⃣ Sear the Juicy Lamb Chops

Season lamb chops with salt, pepper, garlic, and herbs.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Sear chops 3–4 minutes per side until browned and cooked to desired doneness.

Add butter and balsamic vinegar, spooning the glaze over the chops.

Remove from heat and let rest.
2️⃣ Cook the Pasta

Boil fettuccine in salted water according to package directions.

Reserve ¼ cup pasta water, then drain.
3️⃣ Sauté the Shrimp

In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat.

Add garlic, then shrimp.

Cook just until shrimp turn pink (about 2 minutes per side). Remove and set aside.
4️⃣ Make the Alfredo Sauce
