Garlic Herb Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients:
1 pork tenderloin (about 1 lb)
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

Directions:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a small bowl, combine the minced garlic, olive oil, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
Rub the pork tenderloin with the Dijon mustard, then coat it with the garlic herb mixture.
Place the pork tenderloin on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.
Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
Remove from the oven and let rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.
