3️⃣ Grill the Prawns

Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

Brush prawns generously with the garlic herb butter.

Place prawns shell-side down on the grill. Cook 4–5 minutes, then flip and grill 2–3 more minutes, until shells are bright orange-red and meat is opaque.

Baste with extra garlic herb butter while grilling for maximum flavor.
4️⃣ Serve

Arrange prawns on a platter. Drizzle with remaining butter and sprinkle with extra parsley and herbs.
