Garlic Herb Grilled Giant Prawns

2️⃣ Make the Garlic Herb Butter

  • In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, parsley, Italian herbs, salt, and black pepper.

3️⃣ Grill the Prawns

  • Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

  • Brush prawns generously with the garlic herb butter.

  • Place prawns shell-side down on the grill. Cook 4–5 minutes, then flip and grill 2–3 more minutes, until shells are bright orange-red and meat is opaque.

  • Baste with extra garlic herb butter while grilling for maximum flavor.

4️⃣ Serve

  • Arrange prawns on a platter. Drizzle with remaining butter and sprinkle with extra parsley and herbs.

  • Serve immediately with lemon wedges.
