For the Tortilla Rolls

For the Garlic Cream Sauce

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

½ cup milk

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

½ teaspoon paprika

½ teaspoon onion powder

Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)

1️⃣ Prepare the Filling

In a bowl, combine chopped shrimp, crab meat, mozzarella, Monterey Jack, parsley, salt, and pepper.
