🛒 Ingredients

For the Tortilla Rolls

  • 6 medium flour tortillas

  • ½ cup milk

  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • ½ teaspoon paprika

  • ½ teaspoon onion powder

  • Extra shredded cheese

  • Fresh parsley or chives

1️⃣ Prepare the Filling
