๐ Ingredients

4 salmon fillets (skin-on or skinless)

1 tbsp olive oil

Salt & cracked black pepper, to taste

3 tbsp unsalted butter
-
5 cloves garlic, minced

Juice of 1 lemon
-
Zest of 1 lemon
-
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Lemon slices, for garnish

Optional: ยฝ tsp red chili flakes

1๏ธโฃ Sear the Salmon
Pat salmon dry and season with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear salmon 3โ4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
2๏ธโฃ Make the Garlic Butter
Reduce heat to medium. Add butter to the skillet. Once melted, stir in garlic and sautรฉ 30โ60 seconds until fragrant (donโt brown it).
3๏ธโฃ Add Lemon Flavor
Stir in lemon juice, zest, parsley, and chili flakes (if using). Let sauce gently bubble for 30 seconds.

Return salmon to skillet. Spoon garlic butter sauce over fillets and simmer 1โ2 minutes.
