Garlic Butter Baked Chicken Breast
Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Lemon wedges (optional, for serving)
Directions:
Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
Prepare the Garlic Butter:
In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, paprika, Italian seasoning, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Coat the Chicken:
Place the chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish. Brush or spoon the garlic butter mixture evenly over the chicken, making sure to coat both sides.
Bake the Chicken:
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) and is golden brown.
Rest and Garnish:
Remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges on the side, if desired.
