Garlic Butter Bacon Cheeseburger Rollups
These rollups are the ultimate comfort food — loaded with all your favorite cheeseburger flavors and wrapped in a buttery, garlicky dough. Perfect for an easy dinner or a fun snack!
🧾 Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup diced pickles
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tube refrigerated pizza dough
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
👩🍳 Instructions:
Cook the ground beef:
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned, breaking it up into small crumbles as it cooks. Drain any excess fat, then season with salt and pepper to taste. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
Combine the filling:
In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked ground beef, crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, and diced pickles. Stir everything together until evenly mixed.
Prepare the dough:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Roll out the refrigerated pizza dough on a lightly floured surface into a rectangle, about 1/4 inch thick.
Assemble the rollups:
Spread the beef and cheese mixture evenly across the pizza dough, leaving a small border around the edges. Starting from one end, carefully roll the dough up tightly, making sure to seal the edges as you go.
Slice and prepare for baking:
Slice the roll into 1-inch wide pieces and arrange them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Make the garlic butter:
In a small bowl, combine the melted butter and minced garlic. Brush the garlic butter generously over the top of the rollups.
Bake:
Bake the rollups in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes or until the dough is golden and cooked through.
Serve:
Let the rollups cool for a few minutes, then serve with your favorite dipping sauce (ketchup, mustard, or ranch dressing).
