Garlic Bread Ritz Bits
Ingredients:
2 cups Ritz Bits crackers (cheese-filled)
3 tablespoons butter, melted
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley (optional)
1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Pinch of salt (optional, to taste)
Grated Parmesan cheese (optional for extra flavor)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil for easy cleanup.
2. Prepare the Garlic Butter:
In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, garlic powder, dried parsley, and Italian seasoning. Stir well to mix everything together.
3. Coat the Ritz Bits:
Place the Ritz Bits crackers in a large mixing bowl. Pour the garlic butter mixture over the crackers and gently toss to coat them evenly. Make sure each cracker gets a nice coating of the garlic butter.
4. Bake:
Spread the coated crackers in an even layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the crackers are golden and crispy. Keep an eye on them to prevent burning.
5. Cool and Serve:
Remove the crackers from the oven and allow them to cool for a few minutes.
Optionally, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese for an extra burst of flavor.
6. Enjoy:
Serve these Garlic Bread Ritz Bits warm or at room temperature. Store any leftovers in an airtight container.
