Ingredients:

4 large eggs
¾ cup granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
¼ cup vegetable oil
¼ cup milk
1 cup all-purpose flour
¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
Gel food coloring (blue, purple, pink)
Powdered sugar (for dusting)
Directions:

Preheat Oven:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Line a 10×15-inch jelly roll pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang on the sides.
Prepare Batter:
In a large bowl, beat eggs and granulated sugar until thick and pale.
Add vanilla extract, vegetable oil, and milk; mix well.
In another bowl, sift flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, mixing until smooth.
Color the Batter:
Divide batter into separate bowls for each color.
Add a few drops of gel food coloring to each bowl; mix until desired shades are achieved.
Create Galaxy Effect:
Pour colored batter into piping bags or zip-top bags with the corner snipped off.
Pipe swirls and patterns onto the prepared pan, alternating colors.
Tap the pan on the counter to remove air bubbles and smooth the surface.
Bake:
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until cake is set and springs back when lightly touched.
Roll the Cake:
While warm, lift cake using parchment paper and transfer to a clean surface.
Roll cake from the short end with parchment paper; let cool completely.
Fill and Finish:
Unroll the cooled cake, remove parchment paper.
Spread a layer of frosting or whipped cream over the surface.
Re-roll the cake without parchment paper, wrap in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Serve:
Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
Slice and enjoy the colorful swirls!
