Ingredients

Cereal Shells

  • 3 cups Fruity Pebbles cereal

  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

  • 1 tablespoon honey or light corn syrup

Cheesecake Filling

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • ½ cup powdered sugar

  • Fresh berries

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix melted butter and honey into the Fruity Pebbles cereal until evenly coated.

  2. Press the cereal mixture into taco-shaped molds or over a greased taco rack to form shells. Refrigerate for 15–20 minutes to set.

  3. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.

  4. Gently fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined.

  5. Spoon or pipe cheesecake filling into the cooled cereal shells.

  6. Top with sprinkles, mini chocolate chips, or fresh berries as desired.

  7. Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving to allow filling to firm slightly, then enjoy immediately.
