Fruit Salad

Ingredients:
2 cups strawberries, hulled and halved
1 cup blueberries
1 cup pineapple chunks
1 cup seedless grapes, halved
2 kiwis, peeled and sliced
1 orange, peeled and segmented
1 tablespoon honey (optional)
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice (optional)
Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Directions:
Prepare the Fruit:
Wash all the fruit thoroughly.
Hull and halve the strawberries.
Halve the grapes.
Peel and slice the kiwis.
Peel and segment the orange.
Cut the pineapple into chunks.
Mix the Salad:
In a large bowl, combine the strawberries, blueberries, pineapple chunks, grapes, kiwis, and orange segments.
If desired, drizzle the fruit with honey and lemon juice. Gently toss to combine.
Chill and Serve:
Refrigerate the fruit salad for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.
