Ingredients:

2 cups frozen pineapple chunks

1 cup white rum (adjust for preference or omit for non-alcoholic)

1 cup coconut cream (or canned coconut milk)

1/2 cup crushed ice (optional for extra chill)

1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (optional)

1/4 cup maraschino cherries

Fresh pineapple slices (for garnish)

Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)

Cocktail umbrellas (for fun!)



Instructions:

1. Blend the Base:
In a blender, combine frozen pineapple, coconut cream, white rum, and honey (if using). Blend until smooth and creamy.

2. Chill the Bowl (optional):
For extra frosty presentation, chill your serving bowl or goblet in the freezer for 10–15 minutes.

3. Assemble the Bowl:
Pour the blended mixture into your chilled bowl. Gently stir in maraschino cherries and a few extra pineapple bits for texture and color.

4. Garnish:
Top with fresh pineapple slices, more cherries, and mint leaves. Add a mini umbrella for tropical vibes.
