Frozen Peach Slush
Ingredients:
4 ripe peaches, peeled, pitted, and sliced
1 cup peach juice or orange juice
2 tbsp honey or sugar (optional, for sweetness)
1 ½ cups ice cubes
1 tbsp lemon juice
Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Directions:
Prepare the Peaches:
Peel, pit, and slice the peaches, then freeze them for about 2-3 hours, or until solid.
Blend the Ingredients:
In a blender, add the frozen peach slices, peach juice (or orange juice), ice cubes, honey (or sugar), and lemon juice.
Blend Until Smooth:
Blend the mixture until it reaches a smooth, slushy consistency. If the slush is too thick, you can add more juice. If it’s too thin, add more ice or freeze it again for 10-15 minutes.
Serve:
Pour the peach slush into glasses and garnish with fresh mint leaves, if desired. Serve immediately while cold and refreshing.
