French Onion Beef and Noodles
Ingredients:
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 1 pound beef stew meat
• 1 teaspoon onion powder
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
• Salt and pepper, to taste
• 1 can (10.5 ounces) French onion soup
• 3 cups beef broth
• 12 ounces egg noodles
• ½ cup sour cream
• ¼ cup Parmesan cheese
• 1 cup French fried onions
Instructions:
• In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
• Add beef stew meat and season with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Sauté for 3-5 minutes until beef is seared on all sides.
• Pour in French onion soup and beef broth. Bring to a simmer, then let the beef cook on low for 10 minutes.
• Add egg noodles to the pot and continue to simmer for an additional 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until noodles are tender.
• Remove the pot from heat. Stir in sour cream and Parmesan cheese until well combined.
• Sprinkle with French fried onions before serving.
