300ml water 💧

1 sachet (about 10g) baking powder 🧁

1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional) 🍦

Instructions:
Mix Dry Ingredients:

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

Mix Wet Ingredients:
