Step 1: Preheat Oven or Oil

For Baking: Preheat oven to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC).

For Frying: Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC).
Step 2: Prepare the Crab Mixture

In a large mixing bowl, combine crab meat, mayonnaise, egg, Dijon mustard, Old Bay seasoning, lemon juice, and parsley.

Gently fold the ingredients together, being careful not to break up the crab too much. The mixture should hold together but remain fluffy.
