Easy Strawberry Brownies

Ingredients:
1 box (15.25 oz) strawberry cake mix
2 large eggs
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup white chocolate chips (optional)
Powdered sugar (for dusting, optional)

Directions:
Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×9-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the strawberry cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil. Stir until well combined and a thick dough forms. If desired, fold in white chocolate chips.
Spread in Pan: Spread the dough evenly into the prepared baking pan, using a spatula to smooth the top.
Bake: Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until the edges are set and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean or with a few moist crumbs.
Cool & Serve: Allow the brownies to cool completely in the pan. Once cooled, dust with powdered sugar if desired, then cut into squares and serve.
