Easy Garlic Cheese Bombs
Ingredients:
1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
8 small mozzarella cheese cubes (about 1-inch pieces)
2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dried parsley
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Directions:
Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray.
Prepare the Biscuits:
Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit slightly using your fingers.
Add Cheese to the Center:
Place a cube of mozzarella cheese in the center of each flattened biscuit dough.
Seal the Biscuits:
Fold the dough around the cheese, pinching the edges together to fully seal the cheese inside. Roll the dough into a smooth ball, ensuring there are no gaps.
Brush with Garlic Butter:
In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, garlic powder, and dried parsley. Brush each dough ball generously with the garlic butter mixture.
Bake:
Place the cheese-filled dough balls on the prepared baking sheet, seam side down. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed up.
Optional: Add Parmesan:
Once out of the oven, brush them with any leftover garlic butter and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese for extra flavor, if desired.
Serve:
Serve hot, while the cheese inside is still gooey, with marinara sauce or ranch for dipping.
