This classic Chicken Tetrazzini is rich, creamy, and loaded with tender chicken and pasta baked under a golden, bubbly top. It’s one of those dependable casseroles that feels like home—perfect for weeknights, potlucks, or freezer meals.

12 oz spaghetti, broken in half

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced (rotisserie works great)

½ cup butter, melted

2 cans (10.5 oz each) cream of chicken soup

1 cup sour cream

1 cup chicken broth

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup sliced mushrooms (optional)

1 tsp garlic powder

½ cup crushed Ritz crackers or breadcrumbs (optional topping)

🍽️ Directions
1️⃣ Cook the Pasta
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
Cook spaghetti until al dente, drain, and set aside.
2️⃣ Make the Creamy Sauce
In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt until smooth.
3️⃣ Combine
Add cooked pasta and chicken to the sauce.
Stir in mushrooms and onion if using. Mix until everything is evenly coated.
