Easter Jell-O Pie

🐣 Easter Jell-O Pie
Layers of colorful Jell-O with a creamy filling in a buttery graham cracker crust.

🛒 Ingredients:
1 pre-made graham cracker crust

1 (3 oz) box lemon Jell-O

1 (3 oz) box grape Jell-O

1 (3 oz) box berry blue Jell-O

3 cups boiling water (1 cup per Jell-O flavor)

3 cups cold water (1 cup per Jell-O flavor)

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 container (8 oz) whipped topping (Cool Whip)

Optional: pastel sprinkles, marshmallow bunnies, or Easter candies for topping

🧁 Instructions:
1. Prepare Jell-O Layers:
In three separate bowls, mix each Jell-O packet with 1 cup boiling water and stir until dissolved. Add 1 cup cold water to each and stir well. Pour into small containers and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, until fully set.

2. Cube the Jell-O:
Once firm, cut the Jell-O into small cubes or fun shapes using mini cookie cutters.

3. Make the Creamy Filling:
In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gently fold in the whipped topping until combined.

4. Assemble the Pie:
Carefully fold in the Jell-O cubes into the cream cheese mixture, trying not to break them. Spoon this mixture into the graham cracker crust and smooth out the top.

5. Chill and Decorate:
Refrigerate the pie for at least 2–4 hours (or overnight) before serving. Add festive toppings like sprinkles or Easter candies just before serving.

🌸 Tips:
You can use different Jell-O flavors to match your holiday theme.

For a more intense fruit flavor, mix a tablespoon of each Jell-O flavor into the filling.

This pie can be made a day ahead and stored in the fridge until ready to serve.
