Disappearing Marshmallow Brownies
Ingredients:
1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter
1 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup mini marshmallows
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line with parchment paper an 8×8 inch baking dish.
In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Remove from heat and stir in sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
Stir in cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder until smooth.
Spread the batter evenly into the prepared baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the brownies are just set.
Remove the baking dish from the oven and immediately sprinkle the mini marshmallows evenly over the hot brownies.
Return the baking dish to the oven and bake for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the marshmallows are slightly puffed and golden.
Remove from the oven and let the brownies cool completely in the baking dish on a wire rack.
Once cooled, cut into squares and enjoy these gooey Disappearing Marshmallow Brownies!
