4 slices sturdy sandwich bread (sourdough, Texas toast, or white bread)

4 slices cooked bacon, crispy

½ cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

½ cup Swiss cheese, shredded

¼ cup dill pickle slices, well-drained

Optional: 1–2 teaspoons Dijon mustard or pickle relish

Butter one side of each slice of bread.

Place bread butter-side down on a clean surface.
