Decadent Hot Fudge Brownie Bread
Ingredients
For the Brownie Bread:
1 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup brown sugar, packed
4 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
For the Hot Fudge Sauce:
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
Step 1: Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease and line a 9×5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
Step 2: Make the Brownie Batter
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until combined.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Step 3: Bake the Brownie Bread
Pour the brownie batter into the prepared loaf pan, smoothing the top.
Bake for 60-70 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs but not wet batter.
Let the bread cool in the pan for about 15 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
Step 4: Prepare the Hot Fudge Sauce
In a small saucepan, combine the sweetened condensed milk, chocolate chips, and butter over low heat.
Stir constantly until the chocolate chips are melted and the mixture is smooth, about 5-7 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
Step 5: Serve
Slice the brownie bread and drizzle generously with the warm hot fudge sauce.
For extra indulgence, serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or whipped cream on the side.
