Decadent Chicken Pasta with a Lush Cream Sauce

Ingredients:
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
250g pasta (penne or fettuccine)
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh basil leaves for garnish
1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped

Directions:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook the chicken until golden brown and cooked through (about 6-7 minutes per side). Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
Stir in the Parmesan cheese and sun-dried tomatoes, cooking until the sauce thickens (about 3 minutes).
Cook pasta according to package instructions, then drain, reserving some pasta water.
Slice the cooked chicken into strips and add to the skillet with the sauce.
Toss the pasta into the sauce, adding a bit of pasta water to achieve the desired sauce consistency.
Garnish with fresh basil leaves and serve!
