🍫 Death by Chocolate No-Bake Cheesecake Bars

🛒 Ingredients
Crust:
2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs (like Oreos, filling removed)
½ cup unsalted butter, melted
Fudge Layer:
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
½ cup heavy cream
Chocolate Cheesecake Layer:
16 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
½ cup cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
1¼ cups whipped topping or whipped cream
Topping:
1 cup chocolate chips or curls
Optional: chocolate syrup drizzle

1 Make the Crust: Combine cookie crumbs and melted butter until even. Press into a parchment-lined 9×9” pan. Freeze while prepping the next layer.
2 Fudge Layer: Heat cream until steaming. Pour over chocolate chips and let sit 2 mins. Stir smooth and spread over crust. Freeze 15 mins.
3 Cheesecake Layer: Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add powdered sugar, cocoa powder, and vanilla. Fold in whipped topping until creamy. Spread over fudge layer.
4 Top It Off: Sprinkle chocolate chips or curls on top. Drizzle with chocolate syrup if desired.
5 Chill: Refrigerate at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, before slicing.
