Crockpot Ravioli Lasagna 🍲
A cheesy, meaty, no-boil lasagna hack your whole family will love!
Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef
1 can (24 oz) pasta sauce (your favorite variety)
1 package (25 oz) frozen cheese ravioli
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions:
Brown the beef:
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until fully browned. Drain any excess grease. Stir in garlic powder and pasta sauce. Simmer for a few minutes.
Layer in the crockpot:
Spray the crockpot with nonstick spray. Start with a layer of meat sauce on the bottom. Add a layer of frozen ravioli (no need to thaw), then sprinkle with a mix of mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, ending with cheese on top.
Cook:
Cover and cook on low for 4–5 hours or high for 2.5–3 hours, until the ravioli is tender and everything is hot and bubbly.
Serve:
Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving for easier slicing. Garnish with chopped parsley or basil if desired.
💡 Tips:
Want it spicy? Add red pepper flakes or swap in spicy Italian sausage.
For more veggies, toss in chopped spinach, mushrooms, or zucchini between layers.
Leftovers reheat beautifully for lunch the next day!
